1939-1948 Lincoln Zephyr Flathead V12 Coil Adapter Kit.

Coil adaptor enables the use of a modern 6 or 12-volt ignition coil to mount on V12 Lincoln zephyr distributors. Adaptor mounts in the same location as the original coil and provides connection to remote mount 2 external coils. This is a very high quality built product you will be proud to have on your V12 Zephyr engine.
Comes with 2 coil brackets to mount your coils.

Now you can have the reliability and power delivery of a modern 12 volt alternator and the easier starting and overall better performance of electronic ignition without changing the look of your classic car’s engine bay.

It starts with a PowerGen 90 amp 12 volt internal regulated alternator from PowerMaster. The consistent charging capability of a modern alternator packed inside an original looking housing. Note: the alternator comes with the 5/8" fan pulley installed to mount the original mechanical fan.

Also includes our exclusive VREG voltage reducer with connection kit which enables you to retain the full function of your original 6 volt gauges and sending units, headlight relay wiring kit, a charge wire for connecting the alternator, horn relay, starter solenoid and 2 new coil brackets.

+++Special Notes: The original distributor has a 6 volt coil mounted on the dual point distributor, you will need a distributor adaptor that allows the used of external 12 volt coils to work with this kit see adaptor kit below.
